At EternalPerfumeOils, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume oils in their original glass vials and velvet pouches to ensure they are protected from leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
